Bob Allen started with the company on the 4^th January 2011 as Development Manager

Bob took early retirement in late 2009 from a full time role as CEO of a Groundwork Trust that employed 70 staff in Wigan and the West of Lancashire – a position he held for close on 20 years. He has a huge amount of experience in operational management and developing a business in the charitable and social enterprise sector.

His key roles over the next two years will be to:

·      Work with the board of Trustees to develop their skills and experience so that once the All Souls regeneration phase is complete the board will be in a sound position to ensure professional delivery of services and projects from the centre that will provide real value to the local community.

·      Ensure regular and effective communication with the local community , partners and funders during the regeneration of the church

·      Assist in securing additional resources for the company and the Community Centre.

We are delighted that Bob has been able to join us. He will be working part time usually Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday’s and can be contacted as follows:
