Few of us are feeling our best in January, and this is a peak time for people to join gyms, start diets, and promise themselves a ‘new year new me’.
Led by professional wellness coach Cheryl Dean, this short session will look at the best way to achieve this, through diet and nutrition, tips to get moving, the benefits of massage and other ideas to help you get on, and stay on, the right track.
This is the first of eleven monthly health and wellbeing events either hosted at or starting from All Souls.
These will be things like yoga, spring walks, tips to de-clutter your life, meditation and mindfulness and building good mental health.
Each session costs just £1, and everybody is welcome.
